Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
The short version
SaveAnything does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers. Everything you save stays on your device.
What the app stores
When you share a link to SaveAnything, the app stores that link — along with its title, thumbnail, and the collections you assign — in a local database on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Network requests
When you save a link, the app may contact the platform the link points to (for example YouTube or TikTok) to fetch the public title and thumbnail of that video. This request goes directly from your device to that platform and includes only the link you chose to save. SaveAnything operates no servers of its own and receives nothing from these requests. If you are offline, the link is saved without a title and thumbnail.
When you open a saved reel, it opens at its original source (in a browser view or the platform's app), where that platform's own privacy policy applies.
Data we collect
None. We collect no personal information, no usage analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no crash reports.
Children's privacy
SaveAnything does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
